To see families and individuals from across the community coming together to dream, support, and lift one another up—where people of all ages are inspired, hearts are hopeful, and every participant leaves encouraged and ready to step boldly into the future.
The Mission
The Dreamer’s Workshop exists to:
Inspire Action: Equip participants to take practical steps toward their God-given dreams.
Honor Legacy: Reflect on the sacrifices and achievements of those who paved the way, including the enduring example of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Build Community: Foster connections among families and communities as they encourage and support one another.
Encourage Vision: Provide space and tools, including vision boards and interactive sessions, to clarify goals and set intentional paths forward.

Special Guest Speaker
Dr. Edna Jones Miller
Dr. Edna Jones Miller is an award-winning scholar-practitioner and certified coach passionate about helping women and leaders find clarity, live with purpose, and reconnect with who they are beyond external expectations. With nearly two decades of experience in higher education leadership, she has led initiatives in student affairs, enrollment management, student engagement, and organizational development.
She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction: Higher Education Administration and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified coach, speaker, and trainer. Dr. Miller and her husband, John, are the founders of Wealth In Wisdom, a coaching firm dedicated to helping others reach their full potential through personal growth and leadership development.
Workshop Facilitator
Hi, I’m Thomas, and I will be your facilitator for the Dreamer’s Workshop.
I have over 20 years of experience in aerospace engineering and have worked on projects ranging from helicopters and fighter jets to transforming aircraft. Through both my professional career and ministry, I’ve facilitated workshops and training in various settings, including a course I developed on virtual leadership. I am also the director of Spark Labs Aero, where young minds explore, build, and grow through hands-on learning.
I look forward to gathering with you and your family to dream, learn, and take the next step together as we pave the way for the next generation.
